കണ്ണൂർ സ്ഫോടനം: മരിച്ചയാളെ തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞു, വീട് വാടകക്കെടുത്തയാൾക്കെതിരെ കേസ്

കണ്ണൂർ: കണ്ണപുരം കീഴറയിൽ വാടകവീട്ടിൽ സ്ഫോടനം നടന്ന സംഭവത്തിൽ പൊലീസ് കേസെടുത്തു. സ്ഫോടനത്തിൽ തകർന്ന വീടിനു സമീപം താമസിക്കുന്നയാൾ നൽകിയ പരാതിയിൽ എക്‌സ്‌പ്ലോസിവ് സബ്സ്റ്റന്‍സ് ആക്ട് പ്രകാരമാണ് പൊലീസ് എഫ്.ഐ.ആർ ഫയൽ ചെയ്തത്. വീട് വാടകക്കെടുത്ത അനൂപ് മാലിക് എന്നയാളെ കേസിൽ പ്രതി ചേർത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. എന്നാൽ ഇത് വ്യാജപേരാണെന്നും മുമ്പും സ്ഫോടന കേസുകളിൽ പ്രതിയായ കണ്ണൂർ അലവിൽ സ്വദേശി അനൂപാണ് ഇവിടെ താമസിച്ചിരുന്നതെന്നും വിവരമുണ്ട്. ഉത്സവങ്ങൾക്കുൾപ്പെടെ പടക്കമെത്തിക്കുന്നയാളാണ് അനൂപ്. സ്ഫോടനത്തിൽ ഇയാളുടെ തൊഴിലാളി ചാലാട് സ്വദേശി മുഹമ്മദ് ആഷാമാണ് മരിച്ചത്. 2016 മാർച്ച് 23നാണ് പൊടിക്കുണ്ടിലെ ഒരു വീട്ടിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ച പടക്ക സാമഗ്രികൾ പൊട്ടിത്തെറിച്ച് പതിനഞ്ചോളം വീടുകൾ പൂർണമായും മുപ്പതോളം വീടുകൾ ഭാഗികമായും തകർന്നത്. അലവില്‍ സ്വദേശിയായ അനൂപാണ് രാജേന്ദ്ര നഗര്‍ കോളനിയിലെ വീട് വാടകക്ക് എടുത്തിരുന്നത്. രാത്രി 11ന് സ്ഫോടനം നടക്കുമ്പോൾ സ്ഥലത്തെ ഭൂരിഭാഗം പേരും സമീപത്തെ തളാപ്പ് സുന്ദരേശ്വര ക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെ ഉത്സവത്തിനു പോയതിനാലാണ് ആളപായം കുറഞ്ഞത്. സ്‌ഫോടനത്തിന്റെ പ്രകമ്പനം അഞ്ച് കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ ദൂരം വരെയെത്തി. തകര്‍ന്ന വീടിന്റെ ചെങ്കല്‍ ചീളുകള്‍ നൂറുമീറ്ററോളം ദൂരത്തില്‍ തെറിച്ചുവീണു. പ്രദേശത്തെ വൈദ്യുതി ബന്ധം വിച്ഛേദിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. സ്ഫോടനത്തിൽ വീട്ടുമുറ്റത്ത് നിര്‍ത്തിയിട്ട കാറും പൂര്‍ണമായും തകര്‍ന്നു. 10 പേർക്കാണ് പരിക്കേറ്റത്. ഇരുനില വീടിന്റെ മുകളിലെ നിലയിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ച പടക്ക സാമഗ്രികളാണു പൊട്ടിയത്. ഈ സമയത്തു വീട്ടിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന പെൺകുട്ടി നിസ്സാര പരിക്കുകളോടെ രക്ഷപ്പെട്ടു. ഉഗ്ര സ്ഫോടക ശേഷിയുള്ള സ്ഫോടക ശേഖരം അനധികൃതമായി സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടും പ്രതിക്ക് അർഹിക്കുന്ന ശിക്ഷ ലഭിച്ചില്ലെന്നു പരാതിയുണ്ട്. സംഭവത്തിനു ശേഷം ഒരു വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞാണു ജില്ലാ ഭരണകൂടം തകർന്ന വീടുകൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം വിതരണം ചെയ്തത്. On March 23, 2016, firecracker materials stored in a house in Podikund exploded, completely destroying about fifteen houses and partially destroying about thirty houses. Anoop, a native of Alavil, had rented the house in Rajendra Nagar Colony. When the blast took place at 11 pm, most of the people in the area had gone to attend a festival at the nearby Talap Sundareswara temple, so the casualties were minimal. The tremors of the blast were felt up to five kilometers away. The red bricks of the collapsed house were scattered for a distance of about a hundred meters. The electricity supply in the area was cut off. A car parked in the courtyard of the house was also completely destroyed in the blast. 10 people were injured. The explosion was caused by fireworks stored on the upper floor of the two-story house. The girl who was in the house at the time escaped with minor injuries. There are complaints that the accused did not get the punishment he deserved despite illegally storing explosives with high explosive potential. It was only a year after the incident that the district administration distributed compensation for the destroyed houses.
